[INFORMATION] Event Registration [OPEN]

Welcome to the Public Services of the San Andreas State Police for the Event Registration section. Here, any member of the community can request/submit desired event to be officially registered within the San Andreas State Police in which case, could receive or give some benefits during the event is organized. However, the registration of the mentioned event is different from what it is meant by an Event Organizer. But, is a legalization of the event itself by the permit (Event Permit) of the on going event in both terms of the management, intent, meaning, and purposes of the activity.
The following are some benefits that will be obtained if the event is registered to the San Andreas Police Department:
  1. Implementing the regulation, guarding, escorting, and patrolling regarding the community and government activities as required.
  2. Coordination and supervision during the event to maintain public safety, control, and a smooth traffic flow in collaboration with the responsible units.
  3. Encourage the people to increase the public participation, public legal awareness, and the adherences of the citizen to the law and the legislation.
  4. Participating in the enforcement of national law.
  5. Maintain the order and ensure the public safety.
  6. Coordination, supervision, and provide the technical assistance requiring other divisions and bureau, such as private investigator, etc.
  7. Conduct further investigations into all crime actions regarding the accordance with the criminal procedure law and other laws and regulations.
  8. Organizing the police identification, and police medication to ensure the purposes of police duties.
  9. Protecting the body, soul, property, society and environment from disturbance of order and/or disaster, including providing help and assistance by upholding the human rights.
  10. Serve the interests of the community for a while before being handled by the authorized agency and/or the other authorities.
  11. Providing services to the community in accordance with their significances regarding the police duties.
  12. Carrying other duties in accordance with the laws and the state of San Andreas Penal Code.
  13. Your event must have a permissions from the San Andreas Medical Services legally. If your event is illegal or without permission, we will immediately reject it. (Exception : non sport activity)
SECTION 2 - Terms and Condition
Here are some of the terms and conditions that applicants have to fulfilled:
  1. The preparations of the event. Starting from the proposal, place, committee, theme, concept, etc.
  2. The form is filled in completely (fill N/A if there's no answer to put in).
  3. The person in charge must consist of two individuals (including the head in charge).
  4. The event is not allowed to cause disturbance to the surrounding peace.
  5. The event is not allowed to endangered the surrounding security.
  6. The event is restricted from involving in any illegal activity.
  7. The event is restricted from any illegal substances.
  8. The event is not allowed to be conducted around, inside or outside any government facilities.
  9. The event duration is maximum on 5 Hours (( Officers also have responsibilities in his OOCly, we apologize for any inconvenience )).
  10. Applicant must be a 20 year of age or older.
  11. Administration fee and services fee is separated from each other.
  12. Each event cancellation, only 50% of the total cost that would be refunded to the applicant if proposal is marked as [APPROVED] and marked as [CANCELED] after it also Event Permit Recommendation will be withdrawn.
  13. Inform us trough our call center on non-emergency hotline (3-1-1) or e-mail the relevant administrative office if there is any changes from the content of the form that were submitted.
  14. Content changes of the proposal, only valid or able to do if proposal is marked as apart from [APPROVED].
  15. If all the services that the applicant need were Road Closures only, the applicant doesn't required to make a payment of administration fee on SECTION 4 point A, instead the applicant only need to make a payment of SECTION 4 point D on condition that the applicant must fill SECTION 1, SECTION 2 (only event's name, date, start - end time of the event), SECTION 3, SECTION 4, SECTION 5, and SECTION 11.

It is important to note that, this road closure applies to public roads. On the examples down below, Type-1 can be seen in front of SANews HQ, a 4 lane road. Type-2 can be seen in front of Market Donuts streched to Market Station, medium type road. Type-3 can be seen on the streets of Idlewood complex, a small type.

Based on the table above, the detailed cost are divided into several parts according to the applicant’s needs. The cost that are borne to the applicant are to be completed or paid on the maximum period of H-1 before the event, as well as checking of the preparation matters if deemed necessary. The options above is a statement that it is not always for the applicant to be borne with the bill at the relevant point. Applicants are given the freedom to use the services provided. So, the total cost to be paid is the sum of points A, B, C, and D. As for the penalty on point E, it is paid on the spot (coordinator (Officer)) with the conditions and terms as in the table above. For point F, this is reported when the event finishes sooner than the time you need, the money you transfer will be returned according to the calculation conditions above, if there are no additional officers at your event then only how long the event duration is multiplied by $500.

Note: San Andreas Medical Services will get a commission cut of 50% as a part of our cooperation and partnership.
SECTION 5 - Registration or Submission Procedure
  1. The applicant must read all the terms and conditions.
  2. Applicant may fill the form that already provided.
  3. Events proposal must be applied no later than 7 days prior to the event date.
  4. Applicant must wait for at least 3x24 hours before bumping the post.
  5. If the proposal is marked as [REVIEWING], that means the officer is currently observing the event proposal.
  6. If the proposal is marked as [PENDING], that means something need to be fixed.
  7. If marked as [DENIED], that means this proposal doesn’t meet the terms and conditions above.
  8. If marked as [ACCEPTED], that means the applicant would have to fulfill question and memorandum of understanding
  9. If marked as [APPROVED], that means the applicant would have to fulfill the payment in accordance with the terms above.
  10. Payment list or payment details will also appear as UNPAID status.
  11. Payment can be made by contacting a non-emergency hotline (3-1-1) and Payment can be made by contacting the non-emergency hotline (3-1-1) and coordinating with the Media Relations Division officer for further payment via transfer or cash.
  12. The administrative officer will issue the permit letter after full payment, sent via the application form OR e-mail ((PM Forum)).
  13. The event will be declared as done when the responsible coordinator (Officer) reported a data recap from the proposal trough the representative for the Public Relation Division and the proposal will be marked as [DONE].
