San Andreas State Police Online Crime Report is designed to take reports for arms trafficker (firearms), drug trafficker, arms manufacturer (firearms), intimidation (provoked), blackmail (privacy), property crimes, theft, and criminal mischief with damages valued above $2,000. Minor traffic violation such as unregistered vehicle, or other violation that punishable by ticket shall be reported directly through 9-1-1 or 3-1-1 hotline depending on the urgency.

- Is a crime happening right now, is the suspect still at the scene, or is anyone seriously injured or in immediate danger?
- Has the suspect clearly left something at the scene; such as clothing, blood, any other bodily fluids, discarded items, obvious fingerprints or footprints? Or has the suspect caused any damage or made a mess searching?
- Is it a traffic related violation? Is it punished only by fines or ticket?
- Is it a vandalism related violation? Does the vandalism occurred on your property or government's property? Is there any evidence that could point out the identity of the offender?
- Did something you got blackmailed for is actually a criminal violation?
- Did you do something that made you got intimidated in the first place? If the intimidation was unprovoked nor having no serious reason at all please call directly to 9-1-1 hotline.
- Does the crime directly impact you?
Please make sure the online crime report you submitted is possible for the police to pursue an investigation, failure to do so will result in report rejection.
